A couple of weeks ago I received this message from Belgium: “Hello, I have been a great admirer of Khromchenko’s voice and have most if not all of his recordings. I was also a great friend of the late Doug Fox who did a program on the tenor.
I would love to buy the book but I am now in Belgium (E.U.), how do I do that considering the present political situation?
